For every type of packaging we select a special type of raw materials – taking into account the properties of the product that eventually will be packed. It is vitally important to always consider the technical properties of the raw materials during the manufacturing process.

Our warehousing capacity is quite sufficient for storage of the amounts of raw materials and finished product that we process, store, and deliver.

Using high quality packaging materials allows us to achieve absolute hermeticity when packing our own products. That provides safety and a very high level of hygiene which is absolutely mandatory.

PET packaging is considered the most environmentally friendly type of packaging in comparison with the glass or aluminum one because the environmental footprint of the production and recycling of PET is smaller. Both processes do not require large power consumption. The production of PET packaging emits almost zero greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. No waste is generated during the production of plastic packaging.
If we assume that all PET bottles with a volume of 0.5 liters would be replaced by those made of glass, then the carbon dioxide emission into the atmosphere would immediately increase by 40 million tons. Water consumption would increase by 3.7 billion liters.
The production of PET packaging in terms of energy consumption requires 1MW/h. In comparison to it, for example, the production of glass bottles would require electricity supply 1.2 MW/h, for aluminum cans - 20 MW/h, and for packaging cardboard - 2 MW/h.
If we compare the breakdown processes, then for an aluminum can it takes about 500 years to decompose, for PET packaging - 150 years, but glass is not subject to the natural breakdown. However with "PET recycling" people are used to define not the disposal of packaging as waste, but its reprocessing as a recyclable.
PET disposal by incineration is impractical, although it is absolutely nontoxic thanks to the absence of chlorine in the plastic. More advantageous practice is to recycle the used PET bottles. This way all material will be 100% reused. Aluminum can also be processed the same way. By contrast only 80% of a glass bottle can be processed and only 50% of a cardboard packaging, which is even less.
PET bottles are recycled in the same manner as any other plastic - by melting.

PET packaging can also be recycled into new PET packaging. For this purpose used PET bottles are sorted by color, cleaned and chopped. After that the plastic stream is being melted and utilized to manufacture PET pellets, that are already colored.
PET packaging can also be recycled by means of chemical processing. In such case the recyclable material breaks down to its elemental components.
